Northeast Regional Coalition of Child Abuse Prevention Councils
The Northeast Coalition of Child Abuse Prevention
Councils is made up of the local CAPCs in ten counties: Butte, Colusa,
Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama and Trinity. Our
vision for Northeast California is a place where all children are
wanted, loved, nurtured, safe and valued members of families and
communities. Our mission is to support and assist with the public
education, coordination, and community resource development efforts of
local CAPCs in 10 Northeast California counties through regional
professional development, resource development, advocacy, and as a
